Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after shipping. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order.

Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 4 to receive it before December 25. Add Priority Processing to have your order packed and shipped first.

How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. See our Track Your Order page.

Returns

Can I return it?
Yes. Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. See our Return & Refund Policy.

What if my package is lost or damaged?
Email us with your order number. With Shipping Protection, we send a free replacement or full refund.

The Hat

How do the arms move?
Each long strap ends in a soft paw. Squeeze the paw and the two short arms on the sides of the hat pop up; let go and they drop back down.

What size is it?
One size fits most teens and adults.

Can I send it as a gift?
Yes — just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout.
