Track Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you can't find it.
How to track your order
- Open the shipping confirmation email from Grinchy and click the tracking link, or
- Copy your tracking number and paste it at 17track.net, or
- Log in to your account to see your order status.
Good to know
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then delivery usually takes 7–12 business days.
- It can take 24–48 hours after shipping for the first tracking update to appear.
